Come and work in a relaxed and productive environment, or invite clients to come and meet with you in one of our private meeting rooms. Need event space? You can host up to 50 guests for seminars, workshops and larger meetings in our largest room. Are you a new business owner struggling to get traction – still trying to create opportunity and income so you can continue to build your business? If you are, then our Founder’s Forum is just what you need.

The Founder’s Forum is a 90-day structured program consisting of weekly management meetings in which you and two other business owners receive hands-on management and marketing training here at Freedom Cafe. Coaching and mentorship are provided by industry experts, typically with decades of experience in building and helping to grow successful businesses.

The program is designed to turn new and novice business owners into capable and confident entrepreneurs, and to ensure that by the end of the program you are generating more revenue for your business than you were at the start.

Some of the key things you will take away from the Founder’s Forum include:

·        Foundations for a detailed business plan
·        A marketing plan for the next 12 months, specific to your business
·        New networking, prospect and contact building skills
·        A social media marketing plan and calendar
·        Identification of new customers and opportunities
·        Positioning and messaging for your website and other collaterals
·        Basic financial literacy with income statements, balance sheets, etc.
·        A purpose, direction and clear goals for the future of your business


Rather than give you some generic marketing plan template – which can be downloaded almost anywhere – we build a plan WITH you, specific to YOUR business, and one that YOU WILL USE in the weeks and months to come.


To maximize individual attention, enrollment in the Founder’s Forum is restricted to THREE individuals per 90-day term. Expect homework and action items for your business, because in this program you don’t just learn how to manage your business, you start putting your newfound knowledge and abilities into practice.


We’re offering the upcoming Founder’s Forum for the special introductory price of $1500 ($500 per month paid monthly). To qualify, you must first complete our application form. Applicants will then be asked in for a pre-selection interview, and from that pool of applicants, three business owners will be offered spots in the Forum.

No need to worry about the little things, like pens, printers, extension cables, projectors, whiteboards or any of the other tools you need to work, present or impress, because we've got them for you.


Freedom Cafe is conveniently located in Kitchener near HWY 7/8 and the Conestoga Parkway, and just minutes from the 401. We've got restaurants and UPS across the street, with many other services near by.
